Deep Fried Pop Tarts

Ingredients:

Pop Tarts
Pancake mix (add water only)
confectioners Sugar

Directions:

Preheat your deep fryer 350 F

Follow the directions on the pancake box and make some pancake batter

Dip the pop tarts into the pancake batter and let the excess batter drip off.

Carefully place the pop tart into the oil and cook 1 and 1/2 minutes per side until golden brown.

Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
