2 cups graham crackers crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
7 tbsp butter, melted
3 8oz packs of cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 4 oz bar of white chocolate melted and slightly cooled
30 oriental spring rolls
egg wash ( 1 egg whisked with 1 cup milk)
1 4oz bar semisweet chocolate, chopped
Vegetable oil as need
Powdered sugar as needed
8 oz chocolate sauce
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a mixing bowl combine the first three ingredients. Press mixture firmly into a 9 inch spring form pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
In another mixing bowl cream cheese and sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat the eggs into the mixture one at a time. Next stir in the melted chocolate.
Slowly pour batter onto the prepared crust and cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
Let cool on wire rack. Chill for 8 hours. Cut 3×1 inch slices.
Deep Fried Cheesecake Rolls:
Heat deep fryer oil to 365 F
Lightly moisten wrappers with the egg wash. Blot off extra egg wash with napkins. Place each piece of cheesecake in the middle of wrapper. Sprinkle the cheesecake with the chopped chocolate. Fold the wrapper down over the cheese cake and each of the sides toward the middle. Roll the cheesecake and make sure all the edges are sealed.
Gently place egg rolls in the oil and cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Place each roll in a bowl of powdered sugar and coat well. Place the rolls on paper towel to cool. Then cover with chocolate sauce and whipping cream.
