1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 (3/4 inch) pork chops
Heat vegetable oil in pan over medium to high heat. Combine flour and spices in plastic bag. Add pork chops and shake until well coated.
When the oil is hot. Shake off any excess coating on pork chops and fry in hot oil. Cook 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and juices run clear.
Note: You can use bread crumbs instead of flour and add any other spices you may like; garlic powder, paprika etc.
