If you have swollen on inflamed veins in your anus or lower rectum then you may be suffering from hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids can be caused by straining during bowel movements, pregnancy, obesity, chronic diarrhea or constipation, and anal intercourse.

Other symptoms of hemorrhoids include; bleeding during bowel movements, pain, discomfort, itching or irritation in your anal region, leakage of feces etc.

The constant blood loss from hemorrhoids can lead to anemia which would result in fatigue or weakness. Hemorrhoids can also cause extreme pain and gangrene if the blood supply to the hemorrhoid is cut off

To prevent hemorrhoids eat plenty of high fibre foods and drink plenty of fluids. Don’t strain during movements and make sure you go to the bathroom the second the urge hits.  Exercise and avoid long periods of sitting or standing to help  prevent hemorrhoids.

Family Guy Quotes 9

Tom Tucker: Well Diane, there’s something you’re gonna have to get use to. Men running away from you.
Diane Simmons: Shut up Tom, you’re so far in the closet you’re finding Christmas presents.

Trisha Takanawa: For many, this charred portrait of Elizabeth II gives poignant new meaning to the phrase, “Hey check out that flaming queen”

Lois: Kids, we just have to learn to accept this. Like one of those stories on Dateline where a family member suffers a horrible accident and becomes a burden on everybody. Sure, they pretend to be happy, but they’re dead inside, they’re dead. And that’ll be our lives.

Stewie (reading the bible): My, my. What a thumping good read! Lions eating Christians, people nailing each other to two-by-fours. I say, you won’t find this in Winnie the Pooh.

Quagmire: Hi, Meg. Eighteen yet?
Meg: No.
Quagmire: Awww right.

Most car tires are 5-10 PSI below their normal level which means by just filling up your tires with air you can improve your gas mileage by 5%.

Dig into your community calendar. There are many free events that go on around the city throughout the year. Look into them and highlight the ones you want to check out. You can get out of the house spend little or no money and have a great time with your family.
