I bet your brain feels as good as new, seeing that you’ve never used it.

I’ve seen people like you before, but I had to pay admission.

I’d like to help you out, which way did you come in?

I’ll never forget the first day we might – although I’ll keep trying.

I heard you got a brain transplant and the brain rejected you!

Hi there. I am a human being! What are you?

Learn from your parents mistakes. Use birth control.

If you didn’t have feet you wouldn’t wear shoes… then why do you wear a bra?

Money Saving Tips 71-75

Start carpooling. Is there anyone who lives by you who works at the same company or near your company? If so consider carpooling. By alternating drivers you can cut the wear and tear and gas costs for both drivers.

Buy a crock pot. There isn’t an invention I like more than the crock pot. You can prep your meals in the morning and then simmer them all day until you get home. Then you can come home to a warm meal and cut down on take out costs.

Pack foods for your road trip. Instead of stopping halfway through your trip looking for a place to eat and then wasting a bunch of time there pack food for your trip. This way you can eat on the road or stop at a nice picnic spot.

Consolidate student loans. Depending on where you live interest rates could vary. But if the rates are fairly low consider consolidating your loans into one low rate package. This can save you hundreds of dollars a year.

Hit the library. For a very low fee you can get instant access to tons of books, music, and even the internet. Some libraries even have special story telling for kids or movie nights.

Meatball Sandwich

Serves:4

1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 cloves freshly minced garlic
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1 French baguette
1 tbsp olive oil
Garlic powder
14 oz jar spaghetti/tomato sauce
4 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl mix together the hamburger meat, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, parmesan, salt, pepper, and egg. Gently roll to form 12 meatballs and place in greased baking dish. Bake meatballs in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked all the way through.

While meatballs are cooking cut baguette in half lengthwise. Remove some of the inner bread to make a mini well for the meatballs. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder on bread. Place baguette in oven with the meatballs for the last 5 minutes of cooking or until bread is golden and toasty.

While bread is toasting warm up the spaghetti or tomato sauce over medium low heat. When meatballs are cooked gently place them in warmed spaghetti sauce. Spoon mixture on top of baguettes and top with cheese of your choice. Cut into individuals servings and enjoy.

Worried about Hair Loss? Eat These Foods

Fish, eggs and beans

Hair is mainly made up of protein. Eating a diet high in protein is good for you. However you can’t be eating fatty steaks. You want to stick with the leaner proteins. Other examples of protein foods to help with your prevention in hair loss include; chicken, low-fat cheese, almonds etc.

Raisins

Raisins and other dried fruits are packed with iron. Iron is extremely important in the production of hemoglobin which carries oxygen to your body’s organs and tissues. Having a healthy dose of iron means your scalp is getting enough blood flow which stimulates and promotes the growth of hair. If you are looking for other ways to get iron into your diet you can eat liver, eggs, dark green and leafy vegetables, whole grain cereals etc.

Bean Sprouts

If you haven’t heard of the work Silica then it’s time to add it to your dictionary especially if you are looking to help with hair growth and stop hair loss. The body uses silica to help it absorb any vitamins and minerals if you aren’t eating silica eating your vitamins might not be as beneficial. To get your dose of silica eat bean sprouts, green peppers, potatoes etc.

Seafood

If you are suffering from hair loss there is a good chance you are suffering from  zinc deficiencies. Not only is zinc important in your body functions but it also manages the glands that are attached to your hair follicles. When you are low on zinc this causes strands to break or fall off. To fight this problem eat things like mussels, shrimp and oysters.

Eating A Balanced Diet

It doesn’t matter if you are trying to combat hair loss, lose weight or just be healthy a balanced diet will overall help you be a healthier person.

Family Guy Quotes 10

Lois: Brian, you’re not wearing that sweater I made you.
Brian: Well, y’know it’s a little warm in here…
Lois: Don we now our gay apparel!
Brian: It doesn’t get much gayer than this.

Chris: Dad you should invent the frisbee, that’s an awesome toy.
Meg: Chris, the frisbee is already invented.
Chris: Then how come I’ve never heard of it.

Brian: Ugh, I can’t believe you are serving a three year sentence, it seems so harsh.
Lois: Well, the only upside is that it’s given me time to think about why I ended up in here. I guess I was stealin’ because I was so sick of the same old routine. I felt like I had a void in my life, like, like, there was a secret hole in me…
Quagmire: Oh God!
Lois: …and I was trying to fill that hole with all kinds of expensive objects, and things…
Quagmire: Oh God!
Lois: …and I felt wonderful with all those things fillin’ that hole.
Quagmire: Oh God!
Lois: I did this to myself, so I’m just gonna have to lay back and let the penal system teach me a lesson.
Quagmire: That one is also sexual.

Stewie: What the deuce?!

Ugly Girl: You mean I could be a prostitute?
Brian: Yeah sure, but in your case I would get the money up front.
