Deep Fried Banana’s


1 cup flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp oil
5 ripe bananas


Beat together the eggs, milk and oil. Next add sugar, flour and salt, whisk together the ingredients until smooth. Take the banana’s in half and then slice lengthwise. Dip each banana’s in batter and deep fry for 6-9 minutes in 350 degree oil. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with icing sugar and drizzle with chocolate.

Deep Fried Egg (Scotch Egg)


1 1/4 pound ground herbed sausage
1 tsp dried crumbled sage
1/2 tsp dried thyme, crumbled
1/4 tsp cayenne
4 large hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 raw large eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
vegetable oil for frying


In a mixing bowl combine the first 4 ingredients and divide into 4 equal portions. Make each portion a thin round. Place the hard boiled egg on top of the sausage round and wrap it tightly. Dredge the sausage covered egg in the flour, then dip it into the raw eggs letting any excess egg drip off. Next gently roll them in the bread crumbs coating the entire surface. Heat oil to 350F and gently place the eggs in the fryer. Cook for about 10 minutes then transfer them to paper towels.

Deep Fried Cheeseburger


1 lb hamburger
1-2 mozzarella cheese strings cut in small pieces
Packaged beer-batter mix
Neutral oil for frying (safflower, peanut or vegetable)
Hamburger bun
Cheese and toppings of your choice


Form 2 equal-size patties. Make an indent in the center of each to hold the cheese. Place the cheese in the dent and cover with the top patty. Crimp the edges together to seal in the cheese.

Heat your deep fryer to 365 degrees.

Prepare the beer-batter mix according to the directions. Take the patty and dip it into the mixture. Place the burger in the deep fryer and cook until the patties inside temperature reaches 160F on a meat thermometer.

Drain on paper towels and serve on a bun with your choice of toppings.

Deep Fried Cheesecake


2 cups graham crackers crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
7 tbsp butter, melted
3 8oz packs of cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 4 oz bar of white chocolate melted and slightly cooled
30 oriental spring rolls
egg wash ( 1 egg whisked with 1 cup milk)
1 4oz bar semisweet chocolate, chopped
Vegetable oil as need
Powdered sugar as needed
8 oz chocolate sauce
Whipped Cream


Preheat oven to 350 F


In a mixing bowl combine the first three ingredients. Press mixture firmly into a 9 inch spring form pan. Bake for 8 minutes.

In another mixing bowl cream cheese and sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat the eggs into the mixture one at a time. Next stir in the melted chocolate.

Slowly pour batter onto the prepared crust and cook in the oven for 45 minutes.

Let cool on wire rack. Chill for 8 hours. Cut 3×1 inch slices.

Deep Fried Cheesecake Rolls:

Heat deep fryer oil to 365 F

Lightly moisten wrappers with the egg wash. Blot off extra egg wash with napkins. Place each piece of cheesecake in the middle of wrapper. Sprinkle the cheesecake with the chopped chocolate. Fold the wrapper down over the cheese cake and each of the sides toward the middle. Roll the cheesecake and make sure all the edges are sealed.

Gently place egg rolls in the oil and cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Place each roll in a bowl of powdered sugar and coat well. Place the rolls on paper towel to cool. Then cover with chocolate sauce and whipping cream.

Deep Fried Macapuno (shredded coconut)


1 cup rice flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup water, divided
1/4 cup macapuno

1/4 cub brown sugar
1 tbsp water


In a bowl combine the rice flour, baking soda, and 1/4 of the water mix together. Add in the rest of the water slowly until a dough is formed. (You may not need to use all the water.)

Add the macapuno to the dough and mix. If the dough is to sticky add extra rice flour.

Using your hands break the dough into small pieces about a tablespoon in size. Roll the dough into little balls.

In a large frying pan heat the oil over medium high heat. Slowly add the dough balls and fry until golden brown. Drain the dough balls on paper towel.

In a saucepan over medium heat add the brown sugar and water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and continue stirring until all the sugar is dissolved.

While the dough balls are still warm place them in a bowl and pour the caramel over them. Serve Immediately.

Deep Fried Cupcakes



1/2 cup room temp butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla


3 1/2 oz dark chocolate
1/3 cup heavy cream

Funnel Cake Batter:

2 Eggs
1 1/3 cup milk
4 tbsp sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder


For Cupcakes:

Beat butter until it is smooth. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating until combined.In a small bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder and whisk to campaign.Take 1/3 of the dry ingredients and add it to the butter/sugar mixture and beat to combine. Next add half of the milk vanilla mixture and beat. Continue mixing until all wet and dry ingredients are combined. Scoop cupcake batter into cupcake tins filling them 1/2 way. Bake at 350 F for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

For Ganache:

Put the chocolate in a glass bowl. Heat the cream in a sauce pan and bring close to a boil. Pour the cream over the chocolate and mix until well incorporated. While it’s still warm spread a thin layer on the cupcakes. It will harden as it cools.

For Batter:

Beat egg and milk. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly add the egg mixture and beat until smooth.

Do not place in the refrigerator.

For frying:

Remove the cupcake wrapper from the cupcakes. Dip your cupcake into the funnel cake mixture and make sure it is completely covered. Fry cupcakes in vegetable oil until they are golden brown. Drain on paper towel and dust with confectioners sugar or melted chocolate syrup.

Deep Fried Mars Bars


1 mars bar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1 pinch baking soda
Oil for frying


Chill your Mars bar in the fridge but do not freeze it.

Mix the plain flour and corn flour with the baking soda.

Add milk to the batter until you get the consistency of thin cream.

Heat the oil until a small piece of bread will brown in a few seconds.

Remove the wrapper.

Dip the chocolate into the batter and carefully lower it into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
