Deep Fried Pizza


Oil for deep frying
200g self-rising flour
Enough water to form a dough
100g Stilton cheese
1 courgette sliced
85g tinned cherry tomatoes
Drizzle olive oil
Basil Oil


Preheat your oven to 220C
Meanwhile fill 2/3 of a frying pan with oil
Mix the flour and water together until a dough forms
Roll out the pizza dough to make a base of about 7 inches and deep fry the dough for 2 minutes per side
Remove and drain on paper towel
Top with cheese, courgette, tomatoes, olive oil and then bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve with drizzle of basil oil.
