Ingredients:

I cup buttermilk pancake mix (make sure it only needs you to add water)
3/4 cup ice water
1 quart vegetable oil
14 Oreo Cookies
Confectioners sugar

Directions:

Freeze Oreos for a minimum of 4 hours.

Preheat oil to 350 F.

Get a plate and place paper towel on top for draining.

In a mixing bowl add water into buttermilk pancake mix stir until combined. Once your batter is smooth dip each cookie in one at a time making a coat all around the cookie.

Carefully place each cookie into the hot oil and fry on both sides until golden brown. Remove from hot oil and place on the paper towel. Dust each cookie with confectioners sugar.

Let cool for at least 2 minutes before eating.
