1 mars bar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1 pinch baking soda
Oil for frying
Chill your Mars bar in the fridge but do not freeze it.
Mix the plain flour and corn flour with the baking soda.
Add milk to the batter until you get the consistency of thin cream.
Heat the oil until a small piece of bread will brown in a few seconds.
Remove the wrapper.
Dip the chocolate into the batter and carefully lower it into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
