Deep Fried Banana’s

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp oil
5 ripe bananas

Directions:

Beat together the eggs, milk and oil. Next add sugar, flour and salt, whisk together the ingredients until smooth. Take the banana’s in half and then slice lengthwise. Dip each banana’s in batter and deep fry for 6-9 minutes in 350 degree oil. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with icing sugar and drizzle with chocolate.
