Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

In a bowl beat eggs. Add sugar and continue to beat until blended. Combine oil, vanilla, zucchini, walnuts, chocolate chips.

Slowly combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Next place batter into two greased 9×5 inch loaf pans.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 50 minutes or until bread tests done.
