Reese Witherspoon was born in Nashville Tennessee in 1976. Her first major acting gig came in a role on Man in the Moon which earned her rave reviews. She then attended Stanford University where she majored in English. Her college plans were temporarily put on hold when she accepted roles in the films Fear, and Freeway. In 2001 she starred in the movie Legally Blonde which was a big box office hit, which was followed up by Sweet Home Alabama. She has been in numerous other movies including Walk the Line, and Monsters VS Aliens. Witherspoon who is divorced has recently been romantically linked to Jake Gyllenhaal.

Halle Berry

Halle Berry was born in Cleveland Ohio in 1966. She and her sister were raised by their mother at age 4 her father had walked out on the family. Even though she was a single parent her mother managed to move the family from the inner city to the suburbs. However the neighborhood they moved to was predominately white and because Halle and her sister had dark skin they were often treated cruelly. In high school Halle was a cheerleader, Class president, editor of the school paper, and was crowned the high school Prom Queen. She also won the Miss Teen Ohio Pageant. She continued to compete in pageants and attended college in 1986 to study Broadcast Journalism. Halle didn’t finish her schooling because she wanted to pursue acting and modeling. She tried out for Charlie’s Angels and though she didn’t get the role Aaron Spelling encouraged her to continue chasing her dreams. In 1991 her big break came when she was cast in Spike Lee’s film Jungle Fever. She also had a role in the soap opera Knots Landing. In 1991 she also appeared in the film The Last Boy Scout. In 1992 she appeared in Boomerang alongside Eddie Murphy. In 1993 she married David Justice but the two divorced in 1996. Her role in Losing Isaiah boosted her to stardom. Unfortunately she turned down the role in the film Speed. Sandra Bullock then picked up the role and it worked wonders for her. She has gone on to many movies including Executive Decision, Race the Sun, B A P S, Bulworth, and Introducing Dorothy Dandridge. In 2000 she starred as Storm Monroe in X-men. Halle is also a spokesperson for Revlon and because she was diagnosed with diabetes she is an avid volunteer for the Juvenile Diabetes Association. Unfortunately she made bad press when she was charged with a hit and run. She was allegedly paid 500 000 for showing her breast in Swordfish. She has since starred in the other installments of the X-men and has been a Bond Girl she has also had a role in Gothika, Cat Woman, and Things We Lost in the Fire. In 2004 she made headlines when it was alleged that her abusive ex-boyfriend was Wesley Snipes though it was never confirmed. Halle Berry became the new spokesperson for Versace and it was during a photo shoot she met her boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. In 2007 she confirmed she was pregnant with his baby and on March 2008 she gave birth to a baby girl.

In 1997 she made her on screen debut in the mini-series True Women alongside her sister. Her first lead role came in 1998 when she got the role of Wendy in Casper Meets Wendy. In 2001 she starred in Lizzie McGuire on the Disney Channel. In 2003 she released her album Metamorphosis. In 2002 she appeared in the film Cadet Kelly and by age 15 she signed a million dollar movie deal for “The Lizzie McGuire Movie.” That same year she was seen in Agent Cody Banks and Cheaper by the Dozen. In 2004 she earned a 2.2 million dollar check for her role in the movie A Cinderella Story. Her second Album was released in 2004 and she also served as the spokesperson for Kids with a Cause. In 2005 she starred in Cheaper by the Dozen 2 that same year she was in the Perfect Man alongside Heather Locklear. In 2005 Duff released an album with her greatest hits and 3 new tracks. In 2005 she starred with her sister Haylie in the film Material Girls. In 2007 she released her third album Dignity. In 2008 she was cast in War. Inc, Safety Glass and Greta, and also released her album Dignity 2.

Drew Barrymore

Drew Barrymore was born in Culver City California in 1975. Her first appearance on camera was when she did a commercial for dog food when she was 11 months old. Soon spots for Pillsbury chocolate-chip cookies and rice krispies cereal. When she was 2 years old she appeared in her first made-for-TV film Suddenly Love and another TV movie Bogie. After her success in ET she became popular she also appeared in Firestarter and the Cat’s Eye. Her personal life was taking a drastic change. At the mere age of 9 Drew got drunk at a party for Rob Lowe. Within a year she was smoking marijuana and taking cocaine. At this time she was in a number of TV movies including The Adventures of Con Sawyer and Hucklemary Finn, Babes in Toyland, and Conspiracy of Love. Soon her heavy partying forced her mother to send Drew to a drug rehabilitation clinic. Drew soon sneaked away from the clinic and using her mother’s credit card she ran back to California but was caught. She then had to appear in an after school special about living a drug free life however she was still heavily addicted to drugs. In 1989 she attempted to commit suicide and then had another stint in rehab but this time it worked. At age 15 she shocked many by getting a legal separation from her mother insisting she was a bad influence. In 1990 she wrote an autobiography. Soon she would go on to appear in more films including Poison Ivy, Guncrazy, The Amy Fisher Story, Doppelganger, and Wayne’s World 2. Soon after she appeared in Bad Girls, Boys on the Side, Mad Love, Batman Forever, and in 1995 she appeared nude in Playboy magazine. As she got older she became more mature. By 1998 she created her own production company, Flower Films. She was married to Jeremy Thomas in 1994 for a little over a month. She married Tom Green for 5 months in 2001. She was also engaged to Fabrizio Moretti but the two called it quits in 2007. She also dated Justin Long for about a year.

Angie Dickinson

Angie Dickinson was born in Kulm, North Dakota, in 1931, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Brown. Mr. Brown was the publisher of The Kulm Messenger. The family left North Dakota in 1942 when Angie was 11 years old, moving to Burbank, California. In December of 1946, when she was a senior at Bellamarine Jefferson High School in Burbank, she won the Sixth Annual Bill of Rights Contest. Two years later her sister Janet, did likewise. Being the daughter of a printer, Angie at first had visions of becoming a writer, but gave this up after winning her first beauty contest. After finishing college she worked as a secretary in a Burbank airplane parts factory for 3-1/2 years. In 1953 she entered the local Miss America contest one day before the deadline and took second place. In August of the same year she was one of five winners in a beauty contest sponsored by NBC and appeared in several TV variety shows. She got her first bit part in a Warner Brothers movie in 1954 and gained television fame in the TV series “The Millionaire” (1955) and got her first good film role opposite John Wayne and Dean Martin in Rio Bravo (1959). Her success then spiraled until she became one of the nation’s top movie stars.

Ashley Olsen was born in Sherman Oaks California in 1986. She has an older brother a twin sister (Mary-Kate), a younger sister and two half siblings. When she and her twin sister were infants they were cast for the role Michelle Tanner on the TV sitcom Full House. Ashley played the dramatic roles and Mary Kate was cast in the more playful scenes. They were on the show for eight seasons. When they finished with Full House she went on to star in numerous children’s films along side her sister. By age 10 she and her sister built themselves a brand and launched their corporation Dualstar, becoming the youngest self-made millionaires in U.S history. Ashley finished high school but didn’t go to her prom instead she decided to co-host SNL with her sister. The two then moved to New York City and began to attend NYU. She dated Scott Sartiano. She also took time to visit her sister when she went to a treatment center for her anorexia. Ashley eventually ended her relationship with Scott and moved to LA where she focused on her clothing lines. She has been in numerous films but hasn’t been in any movies since 2004 but has made a place for herself amongst many fashion designers. In 2007 she was seen numerous times with the newly single Lance Armstrong but the two haven’t confirmed if they were in a relationship.
